Starting situation
An international relaunch of the company’s presence is on the agenda, with Vaillant Germany proactively meeting the requirements and expectations of its customers.
Project Objective
The user experience of the website should be optimized visually and in terms of content, taking into account set business and marketing goals. Strengths and weaknesses of the redesign are to be identified with regard to user needs.
Result
We create a comprehensive insight into the wishes of potential (new) customers through research and testing methods. From this, we derive concrete UX concepts for the website, with which the Vaillant team can continue to work independently.
Our tasks
UX Design
From inquiry flow to landing page:
Based on an existing design library, prioritized pages were designed, with new components developed, existing ones optimized and content adapted. All designs were validated with users.


Research and Testing
Quantitative and qualitative methods as well as continuous UX tests are used to identify optimization potential at an early stage. The tests lead to clear improvements in usability as well as to the validation of the newly created and optimized pages.
Consulting + Coaching
Our cooperation enables individual advice and practical workshops – for all stakeholders. At the same time, communication about product decisions is facilitated throughout the company.
