Delizio is one of Switzerland\u2019s leading manufacturers of coffee capsules and capsule machines. Since 2016, the company has been selling its products not only through brick-and-mortar stores but also through its own online store. Although the shop was designed based on UX best practices, it had never been subjected to UX testing with the target audience.
