How Ernsting\u2019s family Optimized the User Experience and Conversion Rate of Its Online Store<\/h2>\n\n<\/div>\n\n

Almost every product manager in e-commerce is familiar with this. There are simply too many projects going on at the same time that need to be handled simultaneously. Usability testing is just one small part of the wide range of tasks involved. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to its 1,800 stores, the apparel company Ernsting\u2019s family also operates a very successful online store. For the mobile version of the store, they set out to explore further opportunities for conversion optimization. In doing so, they recognized the potential of usability testing for generating hypotheses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The team at Ernsting\u2019s family had used RapidUsertests on a self-service basis in the past. Since the conversion department was currently juggling several projects at once, our UX experts provided much-needed support.
