For Copra, we developed software for managing <\/strong>infusion pumps and patient data, which is used in<\/strong>intensive care units.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Making complex information easily graspable<\/strong>Time until the next infusion change, battery level, alerts, required protective gear, bed occupancy\u2026 To decide what to do next, hospital staff in intensive care units must be able to take in a wealth of information at a glance. The biggest challenge, therefore, was to present an incredibly large amount of complex information and status updates in a clear and logically organized hierarchy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Empowering hospital staff to make the right decisions in a short time<\/strong><\/strong>Among other things, a prioritization system was designed to clarify how urgently intervention is needed and which infusion pump staff must attend to next.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Our screen designs <\/strong>display all relevant information (e.g. medication using color codes) realistically and were tested with hospital staff – before the software went into development.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Accessibility<\/strong> played a particularly important role for Copra. We worked with animations so that staff with red-green weaknesses, for example, could recognize the warnings immediately. <\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n
