Precise project management, seamless team integration and targeted user research<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As an interim UX team, we were an integral part of the team<\/strong> at. We filled a full-time position with two UX researchers and supported KLiNGEL on dozens of projects each year, including ongoing surveys, quantitative and qualitative research, usability testing, and UX workshops. Why two UX researchers? By following the \u201csparring\u201d principle, we ensured high quality and provided continuous support even during illness and vacation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We established UX research frameworks<\/strong>. We created processes to ensure that user research was regularly integrated into the development process, defined documentation guidelines, introduced new tools and methods, and set up a UX lab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We assisted with the recruitment and onboarding of the successor<\/strong> at. The goal of the collaboration was to fill our interim position with a permanent hire. We supported KLiNGEL throughout the recruitment process, defined the job profile\u2014including the relevant skills, knowledge, and experience\u2014and made a hiring recommendation. We also handled the handover and onboarding process, ensuring she was familiarized with the existing UX research findings and processes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
