Originally, Energymarket.solution approached us with the request to have the order process of one of their brands checked by a UX test. At the same time, the team was already dealing with the question: How do we make our services accessible? Hopes were high that a few technical plugins would quickly complete the implementation. The fact is, however, that plugins do not find all problems and also like to sound false alarms. Not a reliable solution for a truly accessible website. <\/p>\n
For this reason, we carried out a detailed accessibility audit following the UX tests \u2013 with an honest result: there were still many open issues. These findings turned the previous planning of energymarket.solution upside down, but at the same time were the starting point for an intensive rethink. <\/p>\n
