Vor dieser Herausforderung stand Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) im Jahr 2017.<\/p>\n Zu den 13 L\u00e4ndern, in denen die Plattform eingesetzt wird, geh\u00f6ren Deutschland, Spanien, Frankreich, Portugal, UK, Schweden und Norwegen.<\/p>\n So ben\u00f6tigt Frankreich beispielsweise ein System zur Leergutannahme, w\u00e4hrend Norwegen besondere Anforderungen f\u00fcr Sonderangebote innerhalb des Portals hat. Dar\u00fcber hinaus muss die Plattform sowohl die Anforderungen von Kleinunternehmern erf\u00fcllen, die f\u00fcr ihre Mitarbeiter Getr\u00e4nke bestellen, als auch von Gro\u00dfh\u00e4ndlern.<\/p>\n Viele Bestellungen wurden zu dieser Zeit noch per Fax oder Telefon get\u00e4tigt. Es gab zwar bereits f\u00fcnf verschiedene Online-Portale, diese unterschieden sich jedoch stark in ihren technischen Prozessen. Eine mobile Version gab es nicht und in einigen L\u00e4ndern existierte noch gar keine digitale L\u00f6sung. [\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”Prozessbegleitung, Marktforschung, Konzeption und Design: So geht internationales UX-Management\u202f ” _builder_version=”4.16″ global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]Kontinuierliche Begleitung<\/strong> \u2013 vom ersten Konzept bis zum internationalen Launch in 13 L\u00e4ndern<\/p>\n Oberstes Ziel von My CCEP, der europ\u00e4ischen B2B-Plattform von Coca-Cola<\/strong>, ist es, ihren Kunden mit der neuen Online-Plattform eine hervorragende User Experience zu bieten und ihnen das Bestellen bei Coca-Cola Europacific Partners zu erleichtern. Und so haben wir sie dabei unterst\u00fctzt:<\/p>\n Prozessmanagement:<\/strong> Spanien war das erste Land, in dem die neue Plattform 2018 gelauncht werden sollte, dementsprechend war hier ein wichtiger Teil unserer Aufgabe, Prozesse f\u00fcr Konzeption und Entwicklung zu schaffen und zu optimieren.<\/p>\n Ideation Workshop und Wireframes:<\/strong> Die vollumfassende Produktvision der n\u00e4chsten vier Jahre entstand in einem ersten gemeinsamen Ideation Workshop. Greifbar wurde diese Vision durch den ersten auf Wireframes basierenden Protoyp des Projektes, den wir kurzerhand gemeinsam mit My CCEP entwickelten.<\/p>\n Usability-Tests:<\/strong> Glorreiche Produktvisionen in der Theorie zu erschaffen, ist das eine. Gute Businessentscheidungen zu treffen, ist jedoch viel wichtiger. Deshalb validierten wir bereits fr\u00fch die Produktvision in internationalen Nutzertests mit Zielgruppen aus Deutschland, Spanien und Belgien.<\/p>\n Minimum Viable Product:<\/strong> Zu guten Businessentscheidungen geh\u00f6rt auch die Frage \u201eWie bekommen wir das Produkt auf den Markt, und zwar schnell?\u201c. Ganz im Sinne vom agilen Arbeiten definierten wir daher Minimum Viable Products (MVP) f\u00fcr die einzelnen L\u00e4nder. Um m\u00f6glichst fr\u00fch echte Marktinformationen zu erhalten, launchten die L\u00e4nder mit den geringsten Anforderungen zuerst, so dass wir uns Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt zu den komplexeren Versionen der Plattform hinarbeiten konnten.<\/p>\n Prototypen-Konzeption:<\/strong> In engem Kontakt mit den Produkt- und Projektmanagern von Coca-Cola European Partners, sowie den zust\u00e4ndigen Developern entwickelten wir Wireframes und Prototypen im visuellen Design von My CCEP. Um auf dem Weg zu immer komplexeren Versionen den Markt und die Nutzer nicht aus den Augen zu verlieren, haben wir diese in Feldtests mit den sp\u00e4teren Nutzern getestet.<\/p>\n Kontinuierliche UX-Beratung:<\/strong> Nachdem die Plattform in Spanien gelauncht war, wurde das Portal peu \u00e0 peu erweitert und auch an die Anforderungen anderer L\u00e4nder angepasst. Die jeweiligen Bed\u00fcrfnisse diskutierten wir mit den zust\u00e4ndigen Mitarbeitern der einzelnen L\u00e4nder. Fortw\u00e4hrend sind wir einerseits als Konzepter, aber auch als kontinuierliche UX- und Design-Berater zust\u00e4ndig, Empfehlungen auszusprechen und UX-Best-Practices zu etablieren.<\/p>\n Enger Kontakt zum Development:<\/strong> Der st\u00e4ndige Kontakt mit den Developern von Coca-Cola stellt sicher, dass sich das UX-Management reibungslos in agile Scrum-Prozesse und Sprints integriert. Zum Beispiel sind wir bei den w\u00f6chentlichen Review- und Refinement-Meetings dabei, in denen die Anforderungen der einzelnen L\u00e4nder diskutiert werden, so dass oft unsere UX-Perspektive gefragt ist.<\/p>\n Langfristiger UX-Partner:<\/strong> Auch zuk\u00fcnftig wollen CCEP und wir unser UX-Dream-Team nicht so schnell wieder aufgeben. So werden wir als UX-Partner auch weiterhin intensiv in die Entwicklung und Optimierung des Portals involviert sein und die nutzerfreundliche Weiterentwicklung vorantreiben. \nTime until infusion change, battery status, warnings, required protective clothing, bed occupancy… In order to decide what to do next, hospital staff in intensive care units must be able to gather a large amount of information at a glance. The biggest challenge therefore was to present an incredible amount of complex information and statuses clearly and in a meaningful hierarchy.<\/p>\n
